Before opening on London Road, Lydia Griffin spent more than a decade helping other clinics get it right. As a trainer and clinical consultant for ZO Skin Health and CoolSculpting, she worked with over a hundred aesthetic practices across the UK, shaping protocols, raising clinical standards, building the infrastructure that separates the practices patients return to from the ones they quietly stop visiting.
